Alongside François- Xavier Roth comes the who's who of conductors: Susanna Mälkki and Tarmo Peltokoski make their debut on the podium of the Gürzenich Orchestra, and we also look forward to Elim Chan, Ivor Bolton, Robert Trevino, Juanjo Mena and Michele Mariotti. Star soloists such as Golda Schultz, Siobhan Stagg, Jan Lisiecki and James Ehnes honor us, and artist in residence is the sensational young pianist Alexandre Kantorow. The spectrum ranges from Viennese Classicism to Romanticism to music of the 20th and 21st centuries: musical delight all-inclusive!
