  • Will the concerts in the 2020-21 season take place as planned?

All concerts between September and December will take place! An upper limit of 1,000 listeners per concert at Cologne Philharmonie has been established for all concert dates until the end of the year. So that all concert attendees are catered for, we have even scheduled additional dates. We wish to inform you that concerts in this new structure will take place without an interval. The concerts last about one hour.

As we are required to reduce the number of musicians on stage to an appropriate level as well, the concert programmes in this time period will also have to be adapted to the new conditions. We would like to assure you that we have designed the programmes for you with great care. You will find an overview of the adapted programmes and all concert dates on the programme overview page.

  • When will the concert tickets for the 2020-21 season be available?

Sales for individual tickets for the Gala Concert have started on 1 August 2020. Advance sales for the first subscription concert, Abo Concert 1, will start on 20 August. Tickets for all other concerts will go on sale four weeks before the concert date.

      Subscribers will be informed separately.

  • What must I bear in mind when attending a concert?

Please note that by purchasing concert tickets you are committing to the registration of concert attendees. This is the only way we can ensure that we are able to contact our audience after attending a concert, should this become necessary.

You will receive the form for visitor registration when buying the tickets on the Internet and at the ticket office. To ensure quick and smooth entry to the hall, we recommend online registration. You will receive more information on this when you buy the tickets.

Please come to us in good health: persons with COVID-19 symptoms (coughing, fever, sniffles, sore throat, general weakness, diarrhoea, problems with smelling or tasting) may not enter Cologne Philharmonic Hall.

  • Who can I contact if I have further questions?

Subscribers to the Gürzenich Orchestra please contact the Subscribers’ Service. Please note that the ticket office of the Subscribers’ Service in the Opera Passages is closed until 17 August.

During this time, the consultation service by telephone is available to you.
