Subscriptions for the season 2026/27

• With a subscription, your musical enjoyment is guaranteed, as you have fixed concert dates that are already planned in your calendar.
• You receive fixed seats in the large or small subscription and can therefore always enjoy your concerts from your personal regular seat.
• With a subscription, you save up to 40% off the regular price and receive an additional 15% discount on individual tickets.
• Your concert ticket also serves as your VRS pass, allowing you to travel comfortably and stress-free on public transport.
• As a subscriber, you gain access to special events and exclusive offers.
• Thanks to your right of first refusal, you have an advantage when purchasing tickets and can secure them before they sell out.
• Concert pre-mailings keep you up to date and provide you with early information about upcoming events.
• You also benefit from exclusive discounts on selected special concerts.

During the summer break from July 19 to September 1st, 2026, the ticket service at the Opern Passagen will be closed. The ticket and subscription service will be available by phone Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 2 PM, as well as via email at abo(at)guerzenich-orchester.de during this period.

The advance sales for all concerts begin on May 18, 2026. Please also note the advance sales deadlines indicated in our publications. Subscribers of the Gürzenich Orchestra can purchase individual tickets starting from May 11, 2026, due to their pre-sale right.

A 50% discount is available for students, apprentices, and trainees (up to and including 28 years old), as well as holders of a Köln-Pass and individuals with a disability rating of 100%. If the letter "B" is noted on the disability ID, a companion will also receive a free ticket. Chamber music subscriptions are excluded from discounts.

Discounts are only granted if proof of eligibility is provided at the time of subscription or renewal. Please present the appropriate proof of discount along with your subscription card without being asked at the entrance control.

Subscriptions can be transferred to third parties. Discounted subscriptions can only be transferred to individuals who have the corresponding eligibility for the discount.

By purchasing a flexible subscription for the 26/27 season, you will receive vouchers that you can use for concert tickets at the Bühnen Köln ticket service starting from May 11, 2026. The redemption is subject to the availability of corresponding seats. Vouchers that are not redeemed will expire at the end of the concert season.

A change to your existing subscription or seat is only possible for the new season. Please submit any change requests in writing by April 30th of the current season.

The Large Subscription allows for 2 exchanges per season to a different concert of the same price category. In the Small Subscription and the Chef's Choice Subscription, this exchange is possible once per season. The exchange can be made by phone, email, in person at the ticket office of Bühnen Köln, or by mail. If you choose to use the postal service, please allow sufficient time for processing. The exchange is possible up to 5 days before the concert date. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchange options for other subscriptions.

A subscription is valid for one concert season. The following subscriptions will automatically renew for another year unless they are canceled in writing by April 30th of the current season with the ticket service of Bühnen Köln: Large Subscription, Small Subscription (A + B), Four-Card, and Chamber Music Subscription.
