Priska Rauh
Priska Rauh, originally from Baden-Baden, studied at the Freiburg University of Music with Mirjam Nastasy and Antje Gerlof. After completing her diploma as a music school teacher and orchestral musician, she continued her studies at the Orchestra Center in Dortmund and with Gunhild Ott at the Folkwang University in Essen. She regularly took piccolo lessons from Anne Romeis and Jutta Pulcini. Masterclasses with Peter-Lukas Graf, Renate Greiss Armin, Philippe Bernold, Andrea Lieberknecht, and Carin Levine rounded off her education. She was a member of the European Union Youth Orchestra, among others. From 2005 to 2006, she was an intern at the Saarland State Theatre, where she covered the piccolo position. Since the 2007/08 season, she has been a member of the Gürzenich Orchestra Cologne.
