Rose Kaufmann

Rose Kaufmann, born in Darmstadt, performed solo concerts both nationally and internationally during her school years and was a multiple prizewinner of the “Jugend musiziert” competition. She studied violin with Gorjan Kosuta and chamber music with the Amadeus Quartet at the Cologne University of Music. Since 1987, she has been a member of the Gürzenich Orchestra. In addition, she works as a lecturer at the Cologne University of Music.
