On the Programme Overview page, you can register with your personal login data and purchase individual tickets in addition to your subscription one week before the start of the public advance sale, - with your right to purchase tickets for selected concerts even with a 15% discount and no advance booking fee.

As a subscription holder, you can purchase tickets for all subscription concerts of the season and for the Passion Concert with a 15% discount and without advance booking fees. concert. The right to purchase does not apply to holders of an elective subscription.

Advance ticket sales for all concerts in the season 2023/24 begins on 07.06.23. Please also note the advance sales deadlines stated in our publications.
 
Subscribers to the Gürzenich Orchestra can purchase individual tickets from 31.05.23, i.e. one week before the start of the public advance sales period.

50% Ermäßigung erhalten Schüler, Studierende und Auszubildende (bis einschl. 28 Jahre) sowie Köln-Pass-Inhaber und Menschen mit einer Schwerbehinderung ab einem Behindertengrad von 100%. Sofern im Schwerbehindertenausweis der Buchstabe »B« vermerkt ist, erhält zudem eine Begleitperson eine kostenlose Eintrittskarte. Kammerkonzert-Abonnements sind von Ermäßigungen ausgeschlossen.

Ermäßigungen werden nur gewährt, wenn bei Vertragsabschluss bzw. bei Vertragsverlängerung ein entsprechender Nachweis der Berechtigung vorgelegt wird. Bitte legen Sie bei der Einlasskontrolle den entsprechenden Ermäßigungsnachweis mit dem Abonnementausweis unaufgefordert vor.

Subscriptions can be transferred to third parties. Discounted subscriptions can only be transferred to persons with the corresponding authorisation for the discount.

With the purchase of an elective subscription, you will receive vouchers that you can use against concert tickets for the 2023/24 season at the ticket service of Bühnen Köln from 31.05.23 onwards. The redeemability of the vouchers depends on the availability of seats. Unredeemed vouchers lose their validity at the end of the concert season.

A change of your existing subscription or your seat is only possible for the new season. Please inform us of any change requests in writing by 30.04. of the current season.

As a holder of a Large Subscription, you may exchange your seats for a concert day of the same concert program twice per season no later than five days before a concert date, provided the concert is offered as part of the subscription. With a Small Subscription or an FXR Subscription, you have this option once per season. The exchange can be made in person at the advance booking office of Bühnen Köln or by mail. If you choose the postal service, please allow sufficient time for processing.

A subscription is valid for one concert season. The following subscriptions are automatically extended for a further year if they are not cancelled in writing by the Bühnen Köln ticket service by 30 April of the current season:  Large Subscription, Small Subscription (A + B), FXR Subscription, Four Ticket, Chamber Music Subscription.
